We use a number of tools including tools for greater understanding of self and others such as Myers Briggs, DiSC and Emotional Intelligence. We also use a variety of team diagnostic tools and the Five Team Discipline approach (Peter Hawkins). These tools are used where appropriate and where they will be meaningful to the work of the individual and the team.
Sometimes we will coach the team as a whole and sometimes use a combination of individual and team coaching. It all depends on your needs and what we discover as we co-create your high value leaders and your high value team.
